New Year in Fuengirola

Hello from Toucans Pub Fuengirola, a great pub in Fuengirola for a cold beer, any drink in fact.  But we love our Guinness here in Fuengirola.  Toucans Pub Fuengirola has much Guinness memorabilia too, great clean toilets, a wheelchair ramp, disabled toilet and lots of seating inside.

Autumn in Fuengirola the best time?

Hello guys and girls from the Toucans Pub Fuengirola again.  Apologies I never did publish the picture of my Guinness waistcoat, I will try to remember soon.

Autumn is a great time to be in the Costa del Sol, weather is still great but not stupid warm and humid.  Not over the top on people either.  We at the Toucans Pub also start getting a lot of returning people who love it out here at this time of the year as well.  27 degrees today, lovely blue skies, just fab.

So why the picture of the collection tin?  We and 2 other places have raised over €8000 for the Spanish PAD animal charity.  That is thanks in a big way to our customers who drop in every thing from small change to 50 notes!  A big thanks from us to you all.

As we sell what some say is the best Guinness in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, what are we doing for Arthurs Day 2012.  Well it is very quiet?  Guinness Spain are promotong it on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Guinness.es however the reps and promotions here are quiet.  So if you are about in Malaga or Fuengirola way for Arthurs Day 2012 please pop for a Guinness or Sangria, Irish coffee in fact any drink.

The next picture shows you our extensive menu on offer.  We don't do other food sorry just a nice drink and a chat.

If you are new to the Toucans Bar, or visiting the Fuengirola or Mijas areas for the first time, check us out.  We carried out recently a poll on showing Football both on Facebook and asking, it was a resounding no.  We have no TV for everyone to have to talk over the top of, just great cool drinks.  We are wheelchair friendly with a disabled toilet and a ramp.  Great drinks and great Guinness memorabilia too.

Hello all

Arthurs Day will it be celbrated any where on the Costa del Sol?  Fuengirola?

The Toucan Pub Fuengirola has what people have told us is one of the best Gunness people have tasted.  Well why not pop in and let me know what you think of it?  

We dont just sell Guinness, we have a full range of soft and alcoholic drinks available, a nice cold drink in the  current warm weather?  Or we are quite often open for a late drink?  Just off fish alley in Fuengirola close to the local hotels in Calle Oviedo behind Hotel El Puerto.

Oh and above is an image of some of our collection of Guinness memorabilia in the bar as well as some second hand books we sell for charity.

Costa del Sol Guinness

Hello from a still very warm Costa del Sol and the Toucans Pub Fuengirola.  Wow what a warm weekend I think it got up to about 42 on Saturday.  Still sold some Guinness though and some Germans found us by googling Guinness Costa del Sol, thanks for the visit, they even got the train from Torremolinos to Fuengirola just for the Guinness!!  Lots of cold beer sold too as well as cold Sangria.  Pop in to the Toucans Bar Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol for a cold drink this week and say hello.

Have a pint of Guinness at the Toucan's Pub, Fuengirola, Costa Del Sol

A very warm hello to you all from the Toucan's Pub, Fuengirola on the very warm Costa Del Sol.

So just to update you all with what has been going on at the Toucan's Pub and the Fuengirola's famous Fish Alley. Beginning with the sun, and lots of it!

It must be golfers season at the moment as we have had lots of them around, particularly for us a big group of them from over in Wales. Playing golf in this heat though they surely must be out there early?

We have had some great new friends and some of the regulars over from Ireland in, enjoying the cold beer. The usual weekly regulars from Denmarks and our Crawley, West Sussex friends from England along with new faces. I really must try and remember names better but thanks to you all for visiting and saying hello.

Our bar in Fuengirola is air conditioned and nice and cool thanks to London Cool, we have a warm/cool door air curtain air conditioning system in the bar with an extractor fan out the back to draw the cool air over both Sue and I and the fridges that keep your beers and drinks cold.

We have a new ice cold Coca Cola display and I have a new Guinness waistcoat to go with the rest of my Guinness collection of memorabilia here at the bar in Fuengirola.

Remember we are a 100% disability friendly pub, with wheelchair access and a wider wheelchair accessable toilet.

Our Sangria has a health warning but after a hot day at the beach it is lovely to have a glass of it cold. Our Fuengirola pub also has spanish largers on draft along with bitter and stout and also bottled beers if you prefer. Of course we have the thing we are most famous for - Guinness.

So after a hot day on the beach or after walking around Fuengirola for the day, pop in for a cold Coca Cola, beer, Guinness or Sangria. We look small on the outside but there is lots of space and plenty of seats indoors.

Our charity collection for sick animals in the Malaga area has currently raised over 2000 euros, so we would like to thank everyone that has supported us with buying the second hand books and donating the ones we have inside the Toucan Pub. The selection is still there and there is something for everyone.

Hello all, its been a while.  The sun has been shining in Fuengirola and at the Toucans Pub we have had many visitors from all over Europe recently, visitors to Toucans bar coming in for a cold beer, great Guinness or we have a large range of all drinks have been Danish Dansk Swedish Svensk folk fra Norge Suomi Germans Deutsch meine Damen und Herren and of course Spanish English and Irish visitors to Fuengirola Costa Del Sol.


This weekend we welcome a group visiting Fuengirola and of course Toucan's Pub from Belfast, Northern Ireland and our regulars from London Cool www.londoncool.com, who assisted in putting in the air conditioning to our bar in Fuengirola.
